When there is a problem with your account, especially with a Drakkar character please email sysop@mpgn.com with your name, account number, the character name and slot and the alt you were on when the problem occured. Then give a concise description of the problem and what you were doing just before it occured.
If there is anything lost or damaged on your character please include a complete, precise list. If it is an item that has variations for different classes or alignments please specify that. We cannot replace items listed as 'various rings'. We recommend keeping a record of items in various lockers; some you do not visit often and may forget an item that you would rather retain.
Most repairs occur on Friday, although we try to get as many done as possible.
